Ingredients:
15-20 Portabello Mushrooms
1 Head of Broccoli
2 Carrots
1 Chicken Breast (8 oz)
Liquid Egg Whites (1 Large Carton)
Shredded Cheese

How to Make:
Bake the chicken in the oven until cooked all the way through (15-20 minutes).
While chicken is cooking, chop carrots and broccoli
Scoop out mushrooms to make small bowls out of each mushroom
When chicken is finished, chop it up
Combine carrots, broccoli, and chicken in large pot over medium heat
Pour in liquid egg whites. Make sure you saturate the mixture. Stir occasionally to prevent egg white from sticking to bottom of pot
As the egg whites cook, they should begin to bind to the chicken, broccoli, and carrots. When this happens your mixture is ready to be stuffed in the mushrooms
Begin filling mushrooms with mixture
Top mushrooms with cheese and place in oven until the cheese is melted

3-4 Chicken Breasts (boneless)

How to Make:
Tenderize the chicken breast and flatten them out
Season the chicken with your preferred seasoning
Place 2-3 asparagus stalks long-ways on chicken
Wrap asparagus up in the chicken
Wrap 2-3 pieces of turkey bacon around chicken and asparagus
Throw on grill for 5-6 minutes per side

3 tbsp low-sugar ketchup
Cooked brown rice and veggies

How to Make:
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in large bowl

Carb Balanced Tortilla

How to Make:
Grill or bake chicken
Chop chicken up into strips
Lay tortilla flat and line with cheese
Place chicken in tortilla, and fold tortilla in half
Place in George Foreman grill, so that’ll it cook on both sides. Your chicken should already be cooked through, so once it’s on the Foreman grill, you’re just looking for it to warm the tortilla and melt the cheese
