This recipe requires a blender to mix the ingredients together. Simply add the chilled water to the blender, followed by all the dry ingredients. It is important that you add the protein powder last to ensure it won’t clump or stick to the blender. Once everything is in, mix on high until you have a smooth consistency. Then either drink it or put it in a Muscle Club shaker to take to work!

Healthy, fresh and the perfect way to start any big day! The Muscle Club Protein-Packed Smoothie is not only high-protein but full of fiber and slow-digesting carbohydrates. This is perfect for giving you sustained energy that will last for hours and stop you from having that mid-morning snack.

This smoothie can be easily adjusted to fit all diets. If you are trying to lose weight, you can remove the peanut butter to lower the calories and keep those fats low.
